Friday June 15 at 6:30 PM. to the Terracotta museum: This activity wants to put in value the winemaking tradition of our neighborhood and its origins, which can be dated at least at Roman times. A production and commercialization with its origins in Empúries, a cradle of wine cultivation in the peninsula. It will begin with a round table with archaeologists, oenologists and wine producers who will explain the past, the present and the future of the wine made in ceramics; It will continue with a sensory experience under the dome of one of the old furnaces in the factory; and end up with a tasting of wines made with amphorae, and served in ceramic cups such as those used in Roman times.
